3. Out-of-Network Provider

Novus Regenerative is an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. This means:

  • Payment is due at the time of service
  • Contact our office for information about your insurance coverage and benefits
  • We offer free benefits verification before your first visit

4. Appointments & Cancellations

We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in discharge from the practice.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash. Payment plans may be available for certain procedures — please inquire with our billing department.

6. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete medical history and personal information
  • Following prescribed treatment plans and post-procedure instructions
  • Informing us of any changes in your health condition or medications
  • Arriving on time for scheduled appointments

Texting Cadence

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule, care needs, and communication preferences. During active treatment periods, frequency may temporarily increase.

Message & Data Rate Notices

Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Novus Regenerative is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

Privacy Policy

Opt-Out Instructions
